These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nexoria (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nexoria. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or manage through Nexoria. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that infringes on others' rights.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Nexoria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
